I am a yoga teacher based in Reading, Berkshire – through my classes I encourage students to focus on both their body and mind by offering well-balanced classes, with an emphasis on gentle progression.
It was hard work, but then I can feel that it does some good. It’s amazing how simple poses can really work your muscles. Just wish I’d taken it up years ago.
