A regular yoga practice can improve your flexibility and strength, as well as improving your sense of well-being.

Through its emphasis on enquiry, awareness and positivity, it can bring about both calmness and renewed energy.

I am a yoga teacher based in Reading, Berkshire – through my classes I encourage students to focus on both their body and mind by offering well-balanced classes, with an emphasis on gentle progression.

About me

My teaching style is drawn from different styles of yoga and continues to evolve. Having practised yoga alongside a busy corporate role until I became a full-time teacher, I understand how much yoga has to offer.

Most of my classes are in Earley, Reading, where I offer a public drop-in class every week as well as giving the option of very small classes – or private tuition –  in a small studio in my garden.
