Here are some short videos highlighting elements from my classes.

These will give you a glimpse into my small yoga studio, as well as seeing a little of my personal yoga practice.

They can be used as short sequences on their own or as part of a personal practice. They are currently in prototype format with no voice.

Short standing sequence ending with Extended Side Angle pose

  • Flowing Triangle (Trikonasana) pose
  • Warrior 2 (Virabhadrasana 2)
  • Sun Warrior
  • Extended Side angle pose (Uttitha Parsvakonasana)
  • Prasarita Paddotanasana twist between sides
  • Sequence then repeats to second side

Short kneeling sequence building to Crescent Pose

Take care at all stages that your bent knee doesn’t extend forward of ankle bone. Pad your kneeling knee if you feel too much pressure on it.

  • Develop movements whilst in low lunge, knee down (Anjaneyanasa)
  • Progress and perform same movements in high lunge (Ashta Chandrasana)
  • Relax in child pose between sides
  • Ends in Downward Facing Dog pose (Adho Mukha Svanasana), or rest in child pose
